Let the "Little Muses Mississauga" explore the magic of Mississauga - Submit Poem Online
Mississauga is an incredible city of a rich past, a vibrant present and a brilliant future. Children are free to pen down a poem or two just about anything which stirs their imagination about this historic, culturally rich, dynamic city. A city which is also embellished with the unparalleled beauty of the nature that surrounds it. A city which is situated on the vast and serene shores of the Lake Ontario.
All the poems will be up on many prestigious websites along with the poems of the winners. To name a few websites where the poems will be put up a part from "Little Muses Mississauga" and linked to are, Heritage Mississauga, Art Gallery of Mississauga, Mississauga Arts council, StarBuzzOnline, Art House for Kids, mybindi.com and many more....This would give our kids a tremendous exposure and encouragement to their creative endeavours in literary arts. They will become a part of the creative history of Mississauga. There will be prizes for the winners and appreciation certificates for all the participant kids. Each participant will be titled " Little Muse Mississauga".

There is a lot which could inspire our ‘Little Muses Mississauga’ to write down some heart full words on the paper in the form of a poem and send us on the online form. Some pictures, links and tips are below which could encourage & motivate them to have their imagination flow and bring out the hidden muse within.
There will be lucrative 1st 2nd “Little Muses Mississauga” prizes to be given in a grand ceremony. There will be some special encouragement prizes and all the participants will be felicitated for their creative efforts.
Poetry will be judged by some of the established writers and poets of Canada. The works have to be original.
Dead line for the submission is 28th Feb 2014. Terms and guidelines to be followed are in the form Submit Poem Online
